An undercover drug operation at a Clarksville residence led to the arrest of three people on numerous felony charges on Monday.

The arrests are the result of Captain Darrell Rayborn’s investigation into drug activity at 1038 State Street in Clarksville, according to a Clarksville Police Department press release.

Police had the property under surveillance for several days.

Larry McKinley, 43, who lives at the State Street residence, faces preliminary charges of possession of a controlled substance, dealing in a controlled substance, resisting law enforcement, obstruction of justice and a violation of the Legend Drug Act.

Kelly Bussey, 34, was arrested for a violation of the Legend Drug Act, dealing in a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

George Bussey, 37, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a violation of the Legend Drug Act, resisting law enforcement and neglect of a dependent child.

The Busseys both live on the 5500 block of Stucker Road in Lexington, Ind.

The press release states that several other individuals involved in drug activity at the residence have been identified, and more arrests are pending.

All three were transported to the Michael L. Becher Adult Corrections Complex. Official charges had not been filed as of Thursday morning.
