No precincts in Clark reporting as of 7:20

— None of Clark County's 73 voting precincts had reported numbers as of 7:20 p.m., nearly an hour and a half after polls closed.
It's unclear as to the delay, although it was announced at the Clark County Democratic Party meeting location that there were still ballots to be counted at at least one polling place.
