Providence senior Trey Pfund, left, playing alongside New Albany senior Brian Keeler at Monday’s Floyd Central Sectional at Valley View Golf Club, will attempt to defend his medalist title in Friday’s Seymour Regional at Shadowood Golf Course. Pfund will also try to lead the Pioneers to a second consecutive berth in the IHSAA State Finals. Sectional champion Floyd Central will vie for a state berth as well.
