A Lesson In Giving

Preschoolers at Trinity Learning Center try to coax two goats, Gregory and Goofy, to eat from their palms instead of chewing one of the center’s trees on Wednesday in New Albany. The preschoolers, along with their families, raised money to buy two cows and one goat to send to struggling families in East Africa through Heifer International. Heifer International has assisted more than 38 million people since 1944 to become self-reliant. The organization brought in the animals as examples to show the children.
