Panel set for Southern Indiana Economic Forum

Congressman Baron Hill has finalized the schedule and list of panelists for a the 2008 Southern Indiana Economic Forum he’s hosting.
The event is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Sept. 5, at the Paul W. Ogle Cultural Center at Indiana University Southeast, located along Grant Line Road in New Albany.
The panel will include: Scott Imus, executive director of Indiana Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association; Bloomington City Councilman David Rollo; Jerry Conover, director of the Indiana University Business Research Center; and Inland Terminals General Manager Charlie Laird.
There will be a 35-minute panel discussion followed by a 10-minute question-and-answer segment.
After the panel discussion, a presentation on the housing market will be made by Bill Emmons, supervisory officer and economist in the Division of Banking and Supervision and Regulation for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
The final part of the event will be a group discussion on health care.
