James W. Brock, 78; Korean War Army veteran
Funeral services for James W. Brock, 78, of New Albany, will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 3, at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann and Naville Funeral Homes, New Albany, with internment in Mount Zion Cemetery, Henryville. He died Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services, New Albany.
He was a native of New Albany, and was a retired funeral director with Seabrook Dieckmann and Naville Funeral Homes. He was a member of Depauw Memorial United Methodist Church. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Collins Brock; daughters, Cathy L. Andres and husband, David, Floyds Knobs, and Cindy L. Wyatt and husband, Glen, Jeffersonville; and grandchildren, Chris and Aaron Andres and Jennifer and Brian Wyatt.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2 to 8 p.m., Friday, May 2 and after 10 a.m., Saturday.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Depauw Memorial United Methodist Church.
