Barbara Cain

Barbara Cain, 64; of Jeffersonville

Funeral services for Barbara Cain, 64, of Jeffersonville, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 10, at Coots Funeral Home, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. She died Wednesday, May 7, 2008, at Clark Memorial Hospital.

She was a native of New Washington, a homemaker and a member of Christ Gospel Church.

Survivors include two sons, George A. Cain, Jeffersonville and Jonathan L. Cain, Hanover; two daughters, Connie A. Miller, Jeffersonville and Terena L. Smith, Shelbyville; three brothers, Joe Webb and John Cain, Marysville and Ray Cain, Clarksville; four sisters, Nina Armstrong, Henryville, Myrtle Gabbard, Charlestown and Carol Humes and Dolly Cain, Jeffersonville; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James O. and Edna Mae Cain and a brother, Larry Cain.

Visitation at the funeral home will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, Friday, May 9 and after 9 a.m. Saturday.

Expressions of sympathy should take the form of contribution to the family in care of Coots Funeral Home, 120 West Maple St., Jeffersonville.
