Ronald Lee ‘Cool’ Thomas Sr., formerly of Jeffersonville

Funeral services for Ronald Lee “Cool” Thomas Sr. of Louisville, will be at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 10, at Gilt Edge Baptist Church, 1713 Green St., Jeffersonville, with burial at Charlestown Cemetery. He died Tuesday, May 6, 2008, in Louisville.

He was a native of Jeffersonville and a retired employee of Mac Construction Company in New Albany. He was a member of Gilt Edge Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Alice E. Thomas; a son, Ronald Thomas Jr.; four daughters, Michelle, Shanette, Rhonda and Regina; sister, Linda Sue; brother, Edward; six grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation at the church will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Saturday.

Baity’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
