Sally Lewis Grudzinski, formerly of Utica
Sally Lewis Grudzinski of Schaumburg, Ill., formerly of Utica, died Friday, May 9, 2008 at home after a long illness.
She was a native of Utica.
Survivors include a son, John Michael Lewis, Chicago; two sisters, Bertha Combs, Clarksville and Opal Sanders, Shell Lake, Wis.; a brother, Paul M. Lewis, Jeffersonville; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elizah and Lena Lewis; children, Sandy Lee and Jeffery Wayne Grudzinski; the father of her children, Walter Grudzinski; three brothers, Woodrow, Marshall and Ralph F. Lewis; and two sisters, Rudella James and Lena Paffell Hawk.
Funeral services and burial were held Tuesday, May 13, in DesPlaines, Ill.
