Sean Patrick Wimsatt,15; Floyd Central High School sophomore

Funeral services for Sean Patrick Wimsatt, 15, of Floyds Knobs, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 10, at the Kraft Funeral Services, Spring Street Chapel, with burial in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park. He died Sunday, July 6, 2008.

A beloved son and brother, he was born Feb. 23, 1993, in Floyd County. He was a member of Northside Christian Church, New Albany, was a sophomore at Floyd Central High School and had played on the football team as a freshman.

Survivors include his parents, Michele R. (Lewis) and James M. Wimsatt, Jr.; a brother, Ryan Wimsatt; a sister, Regan Wimsatt; grandparents, Susan and James M. Wimsatt, Sr., all of Floyds Knobs; and great-grandparent, Evelyn Walker, Scottsburg.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Edward and Sheila Lewis; and great-grandparents, Joseph and Helen Wimsatt, Raymond Walker, Bernard Gordon and Christine Weldon

Visitation at the funeral home will be noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 9.
