Zilphia M. Reilly

Zilphia M. Reilly, 99; of Jeffersonville

Funeral services for Zilphia M. Reilly, 99, of Jeffersonville will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Clarksville, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville. She died Monday, Aug. 4, 2008.

She worked at the Army Ammunition Plant and was a cook at St. Anthony School, Providence High School, KFC, Wendy’s and Lee’s restaurants. She provided in-home care for the elderly and took care of young children as well. She volunteered at the Soup Kitchen. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.

Survivors include her son, Jack L. Reilly, New Albany; daughter, Luella Yerich, Cape Coral, Fla.; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great-granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Rockey and Cletis Jackson Rockey; husband, James B. Reilly; daughters, Mildred Burch and Leona Reilly; and granddaughter, Diana Rossetter.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, Friday, Aug., 8, at Coots Funeral Home.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Hosparus of Southern Indiana.
