Sue Bailey Wilkins

99; of New Albany

Funeral service for Sue Bailey Wilkins, 99, of New Albany, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann &

Naville Funeral Homes with burial in the SCI-Graceland Memorial Park. She died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, at Riverview Nursing Home, in Clarksville.

She was the former Sue Mason, a native of Adairville, Ky., a retired school teacher from S. Ellen Jones and Green Valley Elementary Schools where she primarily taught the fifth-grade. She was a member of the Silver Hills Garden Club, Central Christian Church, a former social worker and also

worked at the Charlestown Ammunition Plant during World War II.

Survivors include her stepson Larry Wilkins; two nieces and two nephews; brother-in-law J.B. LeSeure; grandchildren Stephanie Stach and Stephen

Wilkins; and two great-grandchildren Evan and Alex Stach.

She was preceded in death by her husbands Floyd Goffinett and Merritt Wilkins; her parents Fain and Anna Mason; three brothers Thomas, David and

James Mason; and three sisters, Martha Blewett, Frances Rice and Jean LeSeure.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, prior to the service.

Memorial gifts can be sent to the Central Christian Church.
