Chelsea Clinton returns to Indiana next week with stop in New Albany

Hillary Clinton’s campaign announced Friday night that former first daughter Chelsea Clinton will visit Southern Indiana next week.

A stop in New Albany is listed as part of a Clinton tour that will begin Sunday in East Chicago and last a few days.

Details of Tuesday’s visit were not available but the location is listed as Indiana University Southeast. The campus stop will be among others of the same type across the state as part of the “Our Economy, Our Future” discussions.

According to a press release from the Hillary Clinton campaign, the events will focus on the candidate’s stances on economic issues facing Hoosiers, college affordability and job creation.
