WHATS THIS?
As congressional primaries near, The Evening News and Tribune are examining how Rep. Baron Hill, D-Ind., voted on 107 key issues during the current term. In this story, a database was used to compare his votes with those of three major party leaders Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Md., Majority whip James Clyburn, D- S.C., and Democratic Caucus Chairman Rahm Emanuel in order to see where and how often he disagreed with party leadership.
