• Brad Snook (Bradley men’s soccer, Sr.) — notes: Snook played 54 minutes as a reserve in the Braves’ 2-0 loss to Alabama A&M in the first game of the Country Inn & Suites Homecoming Classic last Friday. He played all 90 minutes in a starting role in a 2-0 win over Howard in the second game of the tournament.

• Dan Coats (Bellarmine men’s cross country, Fr.) — Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic, Oct. 4: 41st in 8K blue race in 26:55.22.

• Tyler Dixon (Ball State men’s swimming, Jr.) — Dennis Stark Relays in South Bend, Oct. 3: third in 400 backstroke relay, 3:42.93; fourth in 400 medley relay, 3:42.44; fourth in 200 medley relay, 1:41.34.

• Jeramie Gray (Indiana State football, Jr.) — notes: Gray started at wide reciever in the Sycamores’ 57-6 home loss to Illinois State last Saturday.

• Chelsea Grover (Western Kentucky women’s soccer, So.) — notes: Grover played almost 45 minutes in shutout victories over Troy (5-0) last Friday and South Alabama (3-0) last Sunday. Grover is part of a defense that is ranked in the top 20 in the country. The Hilltoppers are one of only six NCAA Division I teams that have not lost this year.

• Chris Zelli (Franklin football, Fr.) — notes: Zelli saw some action on defense in a 30-14 win at Defiance last Saturday.

• Jordan Carroll (Hanover men’s soccer, Sr.) — notes: Carroll saw action in the Panthers’ 1-0 loss at Manchester last Saturday and Tuesday’s scoreless tie at home against Urbana.

• Cordario Collier (Thomas More football, Jr.) — at Bethany, Oct. 4, 42-12 win: 14 carries for 92 yards, six receptions for 56 yards, one touchdown run.

• Chris Farley (Thomas More football, Jr.) — notes: Farley played on offense in Thomas More’s 42-12 victory at Bethany.

• Emily Hagedorn (Greenville women’s cross country, Fr.) — Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic, Oct. 4: 101st in 5K blue race in 22:01.85.

• Jay Horrey (Wabash men’s tennis, Sr.) — ITA Central Region Fall Tennis Championship in St. Louis, Oct. 3-5: 6-3, 6-1 singles win; 2-6, 7-5, 1-0 ret. singles loss; notes: Horrey had to withdraw from the ITA regional due to a leg injury. He is now seven singles wins away from the school’s all-time record.

• Carly Keeler (Lewis women’s golf, Jr.) — Triton & Bear Invitational in Madison, Ill., Oct. 6-7: 65th with a two-round score of 189, 47-over-par (96 in the first round, 93 in the final).
